Join Joe at Windy Ridge Pottery for a week of wood firing. Bring your own ready-to-fire pots (we can help you in advance to choose appropriate clay and glazes) and we will spend the week preparing the kiln and wood, loading, firing, and unloading our 3-chambered climbing kiln. Joe’s studio will also be available for throwing pots and handbuilding during down time. Simple lunches will be provided. You are welcome to pitch a tent by the kiln for the week, or stay in nearby Mineral Point. We are really excited to offer this workshop experience again, and we are looking forward to a week of immersive learning and fun around the kiln.
